BS550MCK4 hot rolling carbon low-alloy high
strength steel design by reducing the carbon equivalent of the steel and
welding crack sensitivity index, and use of advanced smelting equipment and
technology to strengthen the collection of micro-alloying technology, good
weldability.
BS550MCK4 steels are featured :
1 . Good formability. All grades of BS
steel can be cold formed.
2 . Excellent welding performance. The
steels have low welding crack sensitivity and the properties of welding joint
are good.
3 . Good toughness at low temperature.

batch of steel sheet and strip the test items, sampling methods, test methods
